Morgan Lashley
Morgan Lashley has attended Utrecht University to become a certified equine veterinarian, completed an additional post-academic course certifying her as an equine chiropractor and a postgraduate course from the University of Tennessee in Equine Rehabilitation. Morgan has worked internationally as a full-time veterinarian, editor, lecturer, and chiropractor. As of 2023 Morgan has been a lecturer at Utrecht University, as well as a supervisor and program director for the ECVSMR residency.

Charlie Unwin
Charlie Unwin is a performance psychologist who works with the Team Great Britain Olympic athletes, providing them with mental health coaching and one to one coaching. Charlie also frequently works with the British Horse Society and has a published book ‘Inside Out’ that delves into how to train your mind for high level sport. Center10 was also founded by Charlie Unwin and Sarah Huntley to provide learning courses for coaches and riders to improve their knowledge in this field.

Dr. Patricia Sitzenstock is currently a Regional Manager and Product Manager for Pavo Pferdenahrung GmbH and has previously published papers looking into the testing temperaments and personality traits in equines.
